The Buyer’s Dream Fund, Inc., which Liberty Gold administers, is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization which complies with HUD guidelines as outlined in the HUD Handbook section 4155.1 Rev-4 and the HUD Mortgage letter 00-08. With our pre-existing pool of funds, we provide homebuyers with gifts that can be used towards their down payment and/or closing costs.
